I'm doing a DIY painting date --- but need a park with a picnic table. I also would like to take him to get wings (his fave). I'll probably go to Buffalo Wild Wings, honestly - but any suggestions are cool :) He lives in S. Georgia & I live in Middleburg... so anywhere in between is good (preferably downtown Jax).

  [Jacksonville Arboretum and Gardens](https://www.jacksonvillearboretum.org) has a number of picnic tables in a nice opening right by its entrance. It's about 15 minutes due East of downtown but in terms of natural beauty in Jacksonville I'm not sure it can be beat.
