He's a great kid but can't keep still and has violent outbursts at school, and he's had a terrible time sleeping. We've tried therapy and even meds, we've started incorporating fidget toys in school (with great success) and we are looking for a great priced weighted blanket, and maybe a lap pad or something for school. We have a 12 yr old with ASD, ADHD and Dyslexia. Looking for information regarding availability of services and sources of funding, especially ABA. Are local school district knowledgeable and do they offer appropriate programs? Are there home-based options/providers? I've heard residing in GA could be more beneficial than TN in terms of Medicaid options. Thanks in advance!
