  I recommend Kevin Anderson Construction. He's Pasadena-based, which is local enough. 626-536-2648 buildartist@... He's done a number of jobs for us and I'm always impressed with his ethic and demeanor. He puts extra time into his bidding to be sure he's being fair and he's always been on time with what he says he's going to do. --Scott
