  Hi, I have a reommendation and a caution. Concord Heating and AC (978-369-6980, http://www.concordheatingandac.com) is a great company, experienced, responsive, and reasonable. otoh, stay away from a company called Pro-Air; despite their name, they know nothing about air conditioners, and while they claim to 'fix' your system, all they do is clean the air ducts, at an exorbitant price.
