  Hi Eric, We did this years ago through a class at CC Adult & Community Education: http://www.ace.colonial.net/ They talked us (mostly couples) through the various options and the creation of a pair of simple but fully legal will and testaments was a by-product of the course. (In our case it was written for prospective house and children and we haven't had to change them since acquiring either.) I did a quick look through the online catalog and didn't see this course offered right now, but you could ask Court Booth, the ACE director, whether they ever offer this anymore: adulted@Cheers,
