  Hi. I went to one about a year ago that was great! I'm not sure on his prices, though, as I had insurance. He was super sweet and very gentle. His name is Dr. Steven Chase and he was on Stage but is now on Hwy 64. The number I have for him is 386-0525. Hope this helps. Good luck
