  We lived in Mount Pleasant until moving out just recently and used DomestiCall, (703) 486-1234. They were very good and pretty inexpensive, especially given that ours was a big 4-level rowhouse and for long time we had 3 cats and 2 dogs along with our small daughter. We paid just under $130 per cleaning. I expect your regular rate for a 6-person group house wouldn't be dissimilar, although keep in mind the first-time cleaning always costs more.
