  I highly recommend Ross Seligman with Windermere. He is a musician and has played in the pit orchestra from numerous companies in town, including, PCS, ART and Broadway Rose. Though he does everything in Real Estate, his specialty is listings. He has several tools that are not available to all listing agents that help generate potential more buyers!
