  My first banner came from https://www.postupstand.com/ I was happy with their quality tbh, And if you want to order from them, they do referrals, and I get a check for each order xD For my most recent banner I did a local company that DOES ship, and it is unbelievably beautiful. https://www.cedarhousemedia.com/ Can't recommend them enough.
