  Hi All, I spoke with an attorney in person this morning...he took a look at the docs and the bankruptcy filed by FC...it seems I should do nothing until the creditors meeting has taken place and then wait to be contacted by the trustee. I strongly advise everyone to get in touch with an attorney to get legal advice and guidance on what should be done.
