  Before the meeting on Thursday, we might visit the site www.thecrucible.org. They are doing something similar up in Oakland. The Crucible is a non-profit corp. and I don't know how much of their funding is from fees and what percentage is from donations. It might be useful to contact someone at The Crucible and see if they would talk to us about how they did it. Paul

  Have you looked to the Crucible, www.thecrucible.org? There are 16 x 16 shops with access to the remaining 40,000 sf shop. The wood shop is a little limited, but a possibility. I have recently moved my sculpture studio there. Rent is a little high, but considering the access to equipment balances nicely for me.
