Polk St., Richardson - 214-575-8888 $ * go early or it could be wait for a table; it is only available on Sat and Sun at brunch/lunch Maxim's Chinese Restaurant 310 Terrace Dr, Richardson, TX 75081 (972) 231-6371 $ * They also do good dim sum on weekends. Again, go early because it is popular! Casual. BTW, this area is like little Chinatown in Dallas (in Richardson). Lots of Chinese and Vietnamese restaurants in the area. Sushi
