The only issue is that she has extremely long, thick fur but is terrified of every kind of comb and brush we've tried. Even when she just sees the brush, she kind of panics. I've tried gently stroking her with the back of the brush (where it's only smooth plastic) & she runs away. We need an inexpensive but responsible and very gentle groomer for only combing/brushing along with less frequent bathing. Does anyone know of such a groomer? I've got to stress the inexpensive part. Thank you! Edited to add: she's not sensitive on her skin, she loves to be petted. But the rubbery brushes and gloves don't work.
