  We are staying at The Dupont at Dupont Circle for the night before we leave for Scotland. It's a B&B, the people there are very nice and it appears to be very romantic. http://www.dupontatthecircle.com/ We are staying here so that we can walk to the Mall for 4 th of July fireworks, then leaving out of dulles the next day.
