  Erik: A while back, at the training given for new Arbitrators in King County, the Director for Interpreter Services for King County Superior Court, Martha Cohen, spoke. She she fields all the court requests for all languages, I think, and would probably be a great resource for who is good and who isn't in the surrounding areas of Puget Sound (even though those interpreters are usually folks who translate testimony, but at least they would be familiar with legal language . . .). I think she can be reached at (206) 296-9358, but if that number is incorrect, your can probably be connected through the Clerk's Office.
