  My brother has fought a few. Heath Brockwell c/o Camerlengo & Brockwell 644 Cesery Boulevard, Suite 300, Jacksonville, FL 32211(904) 306-9220. Michael Roberts also might be able to help. He does a few traffic tickets c/o Law Offices of J. Scott Nooney & Associates, (904) 398-1992. Mike came out to a few practices last year.
