  We just had a really great experience with Clean Green: http://www.greencarpetcleaning-seattle.com/default.asp. They didnt clean our tile but I know they do that and the person who cleaned our carpet was very knowledgeable and helpful. I did have him look at our tile and grout and he was knowledgeable about that, too. Erin
