  I had a phase I went thru in early to mid 30's and what helped me were those Yazmin BC pills. But since they were causing blood clots. I don't know if they still make them anymore. But I told my GYN about my skin and he was the one that actually helped get rid of my skin problems! The Yazmin cleared it right up! If you want a good dermatologist, I love Dr Robert E Mccallister (6920 Parkdale Pl #210, Indianapolis, IN 46254 (317) 299-3444). I don't remember what he charges and I had insurance at the time anyway but you could prolly get a consult quote from the receptionist. I had also found out I breakout whenever I have red candy (gum alls, jawbreakers) I no longer take the pill and I'll still break-out if I have very many of those! Hope this helps a little, it's frustrating to have skin of a teen when I didn't even have skin that bad back then. PS. I tried Proactiv, I don't know if it helped any but I still use it just because I like how it makes my skin feel! Good luck!
