  Leahy Heating (708-499-3800) has maintained the heating system with reliability and diligence for our building@1345 for many years. His father installed the original system many years ago and the company services other properties in Madison Park and Hyde Park. For plumbing, I recently had a sump pump failure and needed emergency service. Able Plumbing responded within two hours. They were fast, efficient and reasonable. I recommend them with confidence. 773-914-0008-mbl. Also, many Hyde Parkers rely on Gil Boersma Plumbing (not as fast or reasonable, but expert service). bd
