  Patricia, My plumber is Bruce Andrews. If your spigot needs replacing he can't do it, but he knows a young plumber who could or he said to call Star Plumbing in Springfield. Bruce is a very honest, great plumber, but his knees are bad so he can't do certain things. He could repair a spigot but not replace one since that might require a ladder. His number is 703 273-5554. He also said to tell you that plumbers in this area now charge about $200 an hour. I hope this helps. Connie Deets
