  Beech grove chiropractic..& sometimes you can find a groupon for a cheap exam or your insurance will cover it..call first, they are very happy to tell you what your insurance will cover before you go and you may be able to get 30 min of massage covered by insurance as well, but for the best pain relief, you need adjustment and trigger point massage...not Swedish massage.
