  I just signed a contract with Quality Home Maintenance (Richard Smith - 734968-4509) in Belleville to replace mine. I am going with wood again, so I am not sure if he does cement.   Several years ago we had two decks built by Rick Smith. He did a terrific job at a reasonable cost. his phone is 734-968-4509. He lives in Belleville and has a web page but I've lost the address. You're welcome to come over and inspect the decks. Frank Villani

  There is no association fee as previously responded, and the taxes are "relatively" low compared to nearby communities i.e. Ann Arbor. We've lived here 23 years and are unaware of any criminal activity other than a very occasional pesky Jehovah Witness. Recycle pick up every other week, garbage pick up every week. A reliable contractor - Bob Smith of Belleville 734-968-4509. very good guy, reasonable prices, very good work. All in all a great place to be especially with Ford lake as your neighbor. Even on the busiest summer holiday the lake is surprisingly tranquil. All in all a great place to be. Frank Villani
