  This only refers to "back in the day," but re the old Howard Johnson's at Wisconsin and Western - where all of us loved the fried clams on the menu (remember those?). Does anyone know of a restaurant in Bethesda-Chevy Chase today that has great fried clams? Haven't come across one - thought I'd ask, while reminiscing!
