  The new draft policy of the The Ontario College of Physicians and Surgeon says doctors MUST refer patients for abortion and birth control if they object to doing it themselves. It's an improvement, but it needs to be backed up with enforcement measures, since most anti-choice doctors will refuse to refer regardless. (link to new draft policy in Comments)
