We have had Karol's tree service scheduled 4 different times to come out and remove some dead trees and 4x now they have not shown up, not returned phone calls. We've been given excuses that they had another job run long, that bucket truck was in the shop, that their tree cutter injured his eye. We confirmed yesterday they would show up at 8:30 today with their bucket truck. Sure enough, they did not show and are not returning calls. Worst customer service ever.
