  When I cannot find something better, I am trusting St. Alvarado :) my favorite is Sprouted Rye, sold frozen in most Publixes, not all. I don't like the idea that it comes all the way from California. Wish they had a bakery in FL. It is not too heavy, and deliciously loaded with sprouts. You've probably tasted it.
