    Had my house done too. It's a great program with rebates and of course a federal tax credit too for your 2011 return. AmerenUE also will give a rebate. The Energy Star assessment was performed by Dan Reipe of Home Performance Experts: www.homeperformanceexperts.net and he did an excellent job. A very nice young guy. Owns his business. Air and Water Solutions, www.airwatersolutions.com installed a new high efficiency heat pump/air conditoner. Super quiet and efficient. Rodney Stephens did an excellent job. Dan Ponder
