  I use Thurmond's (573-999-1747) to clean my gutters and downspouts. They are very prompt and very reasonably priced. Haven't used them to install gutters, so can't address that part of their service. Just be sure you have them clean everything at every cleaning. I told them not to bother with my downspouts this year and had my lower bedroom get very wet for the first time in 33 years. My fault; not theirs But I do have lovely new carpet!!!
