  Try calling this place: A&A Japanes Engine Specialist 604-278-4289 Ask for Yoshi They are on the mainland, but they are a good shop, bought my JDM 18R- B engine from them, have also bought numerous 18R-G parts. If he can't grind them, he will know who can. Yoshi worked for Toyota for quite some time before he opened his own shop. Good luck
