  Sorry but my days investing in Buffalo are long gone. It is just too tough managing from California. I'm lucky to get out without losing my shirt. Let me know if you know anyone who might be interested in a stable single family home on Erb Street. It is section 8 and sable. Only thing it needs is exterior paint.
