  Hi Andrea, My 21 Month old is exactly the same when I try to cut her hair but she stays completely still for my hairdresser. Her name is Adel and she works Thurs and Fri at "Beauty Spot" opposite the esso station at the top of Stainbeck Road in Chapel Allerton/Mooretown. Cause it's a beauty salon it's quite quiet too so she's not constantly turning her head to see what's going on. Their number is 0113 305 0671 Good Luck
