I'm a wedding cake designer and I have seen a few companies advdertising/being mentioned (Tony Bowden, CLK Media, Bumbleprint! etc) but i need it designed - Although i do have my logo to send across, i have no idea what else to have on it and wondered what the "standard" banner included? I thought about including a phtograph/s of a wedding cake i've done which shows my "style" but as i intend to keep the banner a few years (Only used 2-3 times per year MAX!) & cake trends are constantly changing, i don't want to be behind the times when the trend finishes..   Thanks Jane. Jo, happy to chat to you about the banner and what you could do. I understand what you mean about not having photos but I do think for your type of business then a couple of photographs would be ideal as that's what you are selling. Perhaps they don't show the full cake but just part of it close up and professionally shot by a wedding photographer? That way it gets the message across but hopefully won't give away too much info so it looks dated in a few years. Something like the way this image is shot?   I got mine £250 all in and £50 hosting and it's been working fine with lots of responses, my website is easy to find, it's a few years old so having it updated with a blog and mobile site. Call Lesley Jane Moss www.northsouthdesign.co.uk not only is she reasonable she does a really good job and nothing is too much trouble, my site has never let me down.
