  Hired a general contractor Hired a general contractor to build an addition to our home. Signed contract (cost plus) of 219000. Half way through the project and he has obviously underbid the job. Our estimates based on remaining work is it will cost an additional 100000 over contract price. What recourse do we have? Looking for lawyers ( we are in Colorado). Do we have a case? How do we proceed? HELP!
