We've been DIYing it since we bought our home several years ago, but the issues have now become more of an ongoing battle and both need to be replaced. Preferably someone that has references.   We replaced our system last year. After many estimates we found Chancey and Reynolds 865-525-5076 to be the best price. They did an excellent job and when we had an issue with the new thermostat they came immediately and fixed it.

  I have used Chancey & Reynolds, Inc. (865) 525-5076. I have used them probably 3 times over the last couple years. They have been reliable and on time. They also show me what they are doing and explain the problem. May not be the cheapest game in town but I sure felt they were very fair and honest.
