  I agree that Dr. Urbanz is great, but if you don't want to use Eye Care for Animals, then the only other licensed veterinary ophthalmologists in AZ are Dr. Reed in Phoenix and Dr. Kubai in Tucson. https://eyeshinevet.com http://vscot.com

  Veterinary Specialty Center of AZ on La Canada/River has a vet who specializes in rehabilitation medicine and I've heard he's very good. I haven't had need of his services but I've had great experiences at the Center with several other vets on staff there. Good luck.
