  Karisa asks "I need some recommendations from Mama Natural and her fans. My 9-month old baby has very bad eczema on his cheeks and patches on his body. Our regular pediatrician is out of town and the visiting pediatrician recommended Cetaphil cleanser and lotion. After using the lotion on my son's legs and back he screamed in pain because it stung. After reading up I learned the product contains parabens. I really don't want to use this on his body. But, I've tried coconut oil, and many other products and nothing clears up the rash. Any suggestions for products or other ideas?"
