  Does anyone know about Illinois plumbing codes? Mainly does the state codes supersede the county & town or is it the other way around. Our house has some major state violations that we need repaired and we need to know who should be held accountable. As it stands right now, our home warranty can not be used on any plumbing repairs as it is installed currently.
