  Can any realtor friends find me a place that fits the specs? - Broward County commercial location -2500-3500 sq. feet in an residential area of median income of $55,000 and higher - Zoned B2, B3 or the zone that allows for a pre-school,daycare use - Must have outdoor area of 1300sq feet of grass, or parking spaces that can be safely converted - Usually the spaces that fulfill this basic requirement are end caps, or stand alone buildings - If not there already will be needing to buildout to accommodate 5 toilets, one deep sink or shower, 5 sinks, and a kitchenette area and two water fountains ( 1 indoor and 1 outdoor int the play area). All this should not take up more than 300 sq. feet.
