  For California you need to use the coveredcalifornia.com site. We have our own exchange. I have heard on the radio that there are people out there helping people navigate the exchanges and see if they qualify for subsidies. The particular service I heard about is a person called Bill King. Sounds more like a bail bondsman i know. Haha! But do a google search for bill king and add healthcare to the search so you get to the right company. Give them a call. I haven't used them but they advertise on the radio and it seems to help people trying to figure out how to get on the right plans and subsidies. Good luck Grace Ann Piano. "We now have another question about the Bay Area. Chris is working part-time at a coffee shop in Oakland and has no health insurance.
