  The great thing about the US is that anything published by the US Government is considered property of their citizens, hence to copyright can't be applied. In Canada however, copyright is applied so the plates are much harder to find. The Airport Diagrams on the other hand are free. I'm going off the assumption this is for a flight sim so it shouldn't matter too much that they are expired but it's probably the best you can do without bying them. http://edmontonfir.ca/charts.html
