  Will be looking for a good, reliable, insured contractor to do a major renovation/addition in the near future. I will want to see examples of other projects that they've completed. Any recommendations would be appreciated. I'm kind of leaning towards companies as I've been a little soured with some of the individual contractors and their untimeliness.
