Donna P. wrote: Spent $1400 for master closet organizer, add 5 shelves in hall closet & add 3 4x4 poles to support already existing garage shelving. Work was started 1 day late & material provider were not prepped & ready to go. Mr. McClymond used 1/2 inch plywood & bought hardware that was meant to go in at least 3/4" wood so end of screws showing through wood. Wood was cut uneven shelving is 1/8-1/4" off so shelving units narrow. 1/2 inch plywood with even smaller screws are insufficient to hold weight of clothing on rods that were put up according to local home improvement store so I am going to have to add another piece of wood or add some type of brackets using the wall to hold clothing. Staining was unevenly done, end of shelves close to wall were not stained, stain on wall & carpet. Workmanship was terrible, end product did not look professionally done & I have had to spend additional time & money trying to make the closet unit. Have not been able to use the closet in the week since it was completed. I would not recommend All American Improvement.
