  Tattoo Artist Recommendation? I've got some old, faded tattoos that I'd like to get redone and possibly covered/changed into something new. Does anyone have any recommendations for an extremely talented A+ tattoo artist in the area? I'm in the Clearwater/Largo area but don't mind driving for the best of the best.
