Important to not obsess but what we eat and how and if we move enough has a massive affect on how we feel & how we look. And the tricky part is we're all different so it takes instincts/intuition to decide works for that person.

I dedicate a lot of my time experimenting & researching differently foods, different psychologies, strength/fitness, and share my findings in a hope it can benefit others to achieve their idea of wellness in whatever form that maybe.
