  Does anyone know of any company that offers free or reasonable rate for international shipping? I live in Singapore and unfortunately the local supplier for Qualatex, Balloon Connexion, only deal with those who have a "company". I am a counsellor who is in love with balloons, not a professional balloonists like most of you here. I had checked La Rocks (USA) since I bought from them previously. Their prices were great but the shipping rate to SG is massive. Thank you.
