Hi, Looking for personal trainer/nutritionist.
I’m looking for a personal trainer southside and someone who can also potentially do a healthy diet plan for me too. I’ve spent the last 8 weeks on a zero sugar low carb/clean eating/restrictive calories mixed with cardio 5/6 days a week and lost zero kg’s. I have pcos so very hard to loose weight (and about 15kg to loose). I have a toddler and a home gym set up so someone who can come to me would be ideal. I’m also still breastfeeding so can’t take a lot of supplements/weight loss products. Does anyone have any great recommendations? thanks!
