  I feel like it would be worth fixing.By now,I imagine,you've lifted or removed the footswitch to yield a closer look.If you find something has worked itself loose or disconnected or worn out,it could be fixed.There is a wealth of info online,such as forums on harmonycentral.com.I'd post my question there.Someone,somewhere knows the fix for this unit.I wish you success.
