  Phil W. wrote: I would highly recommend not using these guys. They do a shoddy job and left our carpets and sofas in a worse state then before they started. They said they would come back and sort the issue and now they are just ignoring me after having promised to come a rectify the issue several times. Photo evidence if anyone wants to see!
