  I've heard great things about Country Club for Pets too, but on a friend's recommendation I've been taking my golden retriever to [Countryside Kennel](http://www.countrysidekennel.ca). It's $25/day for two group playtimes and a walk, which is enough that my ordinarily high-energy dog is tired when we get him home. More importantly, he loves it there. As soon as he hops out of the car and realizes where he is, he starts pulling on the leash to get *in* to the kennel. We recently left him there for a week while we were on vacation and he was perfectly fine when we picked him up.
