Charlie's BBQ has been serving St Clair County since 2008, serving up the finest smoked meats as well as delicious Southern fair. Our dishes have been inspired by our favorite regional BBQ's as well as Texas and Kansas City style bbq beef, not to mention fan favorites like BBQ Nachos and Smoked Wings. Seasonal favorites include Brunswick Stew, Apple cobbler and Pecan cobbler from Oct-March; and Blackberry and Peach cobbler from April-Sept. We have certain special items on special days of the week like our Texas style brisket every Wednesday and Saturday, Soul Bowl (grits and greens) every Tuesday and our humongous Saint Burger every Thursday. We reserve Monday for occasional specials like Burnt Ends Brisket, Smoked Bologna, Thanksgiving feast, BBQ Burritos or whatever meat we want to play with that week. Desserts range from soft serve ice cream treats, seasonal cobblers, banana pudding and even deep fried banana pudding! All 5 of our BBQ sauces are made in house and cover nearly all bbq regions. We have seating for 65 folks, call in service as well as catering from 20 to 250.
